ABOUT THE PROJECT
Sword of the Stars: Planetary Control!, designed by Martin Cirulis and art by Ken Lee, was a Kickstarter project in 2018. I acted as the Production Lead, filling the producer role, overseeing milestones and scheduling, organizing tradeshow attendance, playtesting, print file preparation and QA, writing the manual, and liaising with the manufacturer, fulfillment partners, and game backers. After final product was released in 2020, the game was turned into a PC boardgame on Steam.
